Package #1 — $20

Digital PDF Viewing Package

• Downloadable PDF containing all event photos.
• Intended for viewing on a digital device only.
• Images are provided in very low resolution and are not suitable for printing.
• Serves as a convenient file-identification guide when selecting photos for purchase in higher resolutions.

Package #2 — $30

Medium-Resolution Printable Digital Collection

• Downloadable collection available a few days after the event.
• Suitable for printing photos up to approximately 5" x 7".
• Includes candid and event photos.

 

Does not include:

• Official Convention Group Photo
• District Group Photos
• Rider & Bike Portraits
• Other specialty portraits purchased separately.

This package includes the same candid and event images as Package #1 but in a higher printable resolution.

There is no need to purchase Package #1 if purchasing Package #2, as Package #2 includes the same candid and event photos in a higher-quality format.

 

Package #3A — $40

One Enhanced High-Resolution Digital File + Package #1

Includes:

• One professionally edited high-resolution image
• Package #1 viewing package

These files are suitable for:

• Large prints (16" x 20" or larger)
• Fine art printing
• Framing and archival-quality display

Process:

• Download Package #1.
• Complete payment.
• Select the desired file number.
• Indicate your selection on the form at the convention table or email your choice to Chris.
• You will receive notification and download instructions once the edited file is available.

 

Package #3B — $50

Two Enhanced High-Resolution Digital Files + Packages #1 and #2

Includes:

1. Two professionally edited high-resolution images
2. Package #1
3. Package #2

Process:

4. Download Package #1 and complete payment.
5. Select two file numbers.
6. Submit selections at the convention table or by email.
7. You will be notified when the files are available for download.

 

Package #3C — $60

Four Enhanced High-Resolution Digital Files + Packages #1 and #2

Includes:

8. Four professionally edited high-resolution images
9. Package #1
10. Package #2

Process:

11. Download Package #1 and complete payment.
12. Select four file numbers.
13. Submit selections at the convention table or by email.
14. You may also download Package #2.
15. You will be notified when the selected high-resolution files are available.

FAQ's

 

Is Package #1 and Package #2 all of the candid photos taken?

Yes. Both packages include the candid and event photos taken throughout the convention.

However, Package #2 does not include:

• Specialty portraits
• Rider & Bike portraits
• Official Convention Group Photo
• District Photos

These images must be purchased separately.

 

Can I print 5" x 7" photos from Package #1?

No. Package #1 is intended for viewing only and is not suitable for printing.

Printable images are available through Package #2.

 

Why does Package #2 not include District Photos, but Package #1 does?

Package #1 includes low-resolution versions of all photos in PDF format, including District Photos. These images are provided primarily for viewing and file identification purposes, allowing members to reference photos they may wish to purchase later as high-resolution digital files. In photography, this type of document is commonly referred to as a "contact sheet," which serves as a visual index of all photographs taken.

Package #2 is intended for members who wish to print candid and event photos at a medium resolution suitable for prints up to 5" x 7".

It does not include District Photos, Rider & Bike portraits, or other specialty portraits, as these images require additional time, editing, and processing by the photographer and are therefore offered separately.

 

What is meant by a "large Photoshopped file" in Package #3A and above?

This refers to a professionally enhanced, high-resolution digital image suitable for large-format printing (16" x 20" or larger).

Using professional editing software, Chris performs image enhancements such as:

• Removing glare from eyeglasses
• Adjusting lighting and exposure
• Improving color balance
• Making other corrections to improve image quality.
